Classic Chili & Sichuan Biang Biang Noodles
Servings: 2
Noodles
2 cups all-purpose flour (no more than 3g of protein)
1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp. water (room temp)
1/4 tsp. salt
vegetable oil, for coating the dough

Aromatics
1 Tbsp. scallions, finely chopped
2 tsp. garlic, minced
1 tsp. chili flakes
1 tsp. ground Sichuan pepper
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
Distribute the aromatics equally between the two portions of prepared noodles.
Pour hot sizzling oil on top to release the flavor.
