Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To return your product, please contact us at orders@cookinggiftset.com. Please note you will be responsible for shipping costs. If the product is received by us and is eligible for return, a refund of the merchandise value will be issued to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

How to return your product:

• First, please contact us at orders@cookinggiftset.com with your reason for return and your Order #.
• We will issue you a return label for your product. 
• The cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund. 

Please allow 3-5 business days after we receive the item to issue the merchandise value refund to your original method of payment.
