Hand-wash only. Clean immediately after use to avoid build up. Run the grater under warm water and gently wash with mild dish soap and a soft sponge. Always wipe with the direction of the blades. For stubborn, caked-on bits, use an old toothbrush to unclog holes. Rinse thoroughly. Allow to dry completely before storing. Store the grater with its protective guard.
