The key to a perfectly-even tart crust (every time) is a perforated baking mat. Made from heat resistant silicone, this mat circulates air evenly to prevent any bubbling, caved-in walls, and imperfections, so you get a stunning crust every time.

Tested & chosen specifically for meringues, our 3 stainless steel nozzles are exactly what you need to get creative with your piping: - Closed Star Tip (for rosettes & stars) - Round Tip (for dollops & wide swirls) - Ribbon Tip (for ribbons & ruffles)

The best meringues aren’t possible without the precision of an exceptionally accurate candy thermometer. With a higher temperature range than most normal thermometers, an adjustable pot grip, and user-friendly design, it’ll become a staple for making sweets.

Great kit and quality

This was a gift for my 16 year old daughter who enjoys baking and together we made delicious lemon tarts. The kit is well packaged and the rings are well made and durable. Instructions were clear and ingredients simple and the pastry weights, Pastry bag and tips are all professional quality. Thermometer was a bit large and hard to clip on a small pan as needed it to be 1" from bottom of pan when making meringue. Overall, highly recommend this high quality kit especially during covid and staying at home-such a fun pastime and with kids.

This product is a great kit for all skill levels. I’m a beginner baker and it was so easy to follow the steps and create a delicious and beautiful dessert! Everything you need is in the box and it is such beautiful packing. Great quality! Perfect gift!

Feeling like a pastry chef for the day!

This is a great gift idea for a couple or group of people to enjoy. My sister and I had so much fun making the French tarts. It was an all day adventure so start early for sure. We have never worked with pie weights and the candy thermometer so it was a neat experience stepping into the world of pastry chefs. :) We made our tarts a little thicker than the recipe recommendation and really liked it. Our meringue ended up a little runny but tasted delicious. The richness of the lemon in combination with the soft meringue was scrumptious! Plus, all the tools it comes with is high quality and will be a great addition to anyone's kitchen!

The best Christmas gift 🎁

I was surprised by my daughter, I always want to buy the ceramic pie weights, she saw me using beans instead. The piping bag & nozzles is what I needed to decorate with whipped cream. Omg I love this gift!
