How many times can I use this kit?
Biang Biang Noodles are astounding because the ingredient list is deceptively simple (flour, water, salt, oil, and spices). We provide the reusable tools, starter spices, and foundational skills you need to hand-pull endless noodles. The only limit is the amount of flour you can get shipped to your house.

Can I make other Biang Biang noodle recipes with this kit?
Absolutely. Once you master the fundamentals of hand-pulled noodles, the world is your Biang Biang oyster. (And for the record, you can put oysters in your Biang Biang.) There are no wrong answers when it comes to noodles.

Fun well loved noodles!!

I’ve used this a couple of times now and each time, the noodles get better.

Making the noodles is just fun! The stretching, smacking and not worrying about them being perfect is part of the charm.

I struggled the first time. The basket was too big for my stock pot but I angled it and it worked perfect. Because I angled it, the noodles stuck together and I was disappointed but I really wanted these noodles!!

The second time I used less noodles in the strainer and cooked them in more batches, that worked well!! They didn’t stick together ( if you have a bigger pot then you won’t have this problem).

The third time, I’m a pro! I’ve played with noodle size and sauces and each batch is different and well loved!

Delicious & Fun Hand-Pulled Noodles!

The Hand-Pulled Chinese Noodles DIY Kit was a fun cooking activity for our family! The kit comes with everything you need to make delicious hand-pulled noodles. We stir-fried beef to add to ours and the results were amazing. Can't wait to use the kitchen tools it comes with to make more. Highly recommend purchasing this kit!

What a fun kit that brings a tasty dish

This kit is great! I have never tried this dish anywhere but I love it now. Nice spicy noodles and sizzle and release all the flowers when you add the hot oil.

The list is endless with ideas I have to make more. I’m thinking shrimps next. Recommend buying, it’s a fun kit with nice quality equipment that will last a long time.
